This beautiful building was acquired by the client for its potential. The client had full planning permission to turn this property from shop to residential dwelling. BONDMOR was referred to the client through personal contacts after their initial contractors failed to communicate and produce acceptable quotes.

The building was completely renovated and an external space of 10 square metres were added to the front. The internals were completely removed leaving only the original stonework. New central heating and electrics were installed throughout. Stud walls were created to re-arrange the layout of the first floor and all new plasterwork was carried out in all rooms. A new kitchen and new bathroom were installed to the client’s exact specifications.

It was the success of this project that lead to further referrals that resulted in the further success of the work at Stray Towers and Meadow Garth.
